The sleeve came as a 'closed' version, however, there is an unusual 'flip-open' version which came with the promo version (white label)
Only the promo came with the two promo letters. Also the promo had a flip-open sleeve. Not sure about the public version.
As far as I know the public version was with a 'normal' sleeve. The promo has the same prints, but folds open to reveal text and pictures on the inside. The promo also came with the letter and picture sheet.
so is this including the flip open en promo letters?
