A-Side (vocal) sounds OK, but the instrumental is very crackly. It sounds as if they recorded it from a crackly old 12". Very shoddy. There are copies that exist in a custom made 7" sleeve. there are 2 variations of the sleeve one black and white like the original 12" artwork and one with the art in black on a white backround. Not sure how many of these were made, but they are good quality and look like proper 7" record sleeves.
I have 2 copies and must say these are terrible pressings, permanent crackling, disastrous debut - Turn Table! Two stars for releasing it on a 7" though.
check the instrumental, all copies are crackly as they recorded it from a crackly old 12"!!!
Same with mine copy. But yeah that's still fine to have it on 7".
Stylish Monkey
im sure they just provided a vinyl rip mp3 as source...this recording still needs to be remastered
I have a copy and it's absolutely fine and I'm pretty fussy and find a lot of reissue 7"s are pretty rubbish pressings
My copy is slightly warped but the sound is quite good although there is some light crackling on the B side.
